Within the last few years, communication has transcended across mediums and into new, innovative media. Everything from phone, e-mail, websites, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin have all been advanced and NEXT Financial Group understand that this can be overwhelming. Recently we’ve evaluated how we communicate to our representatives and decided to change some of our policies on information and how we disseminate it.

The NEXT Financial Group Operations Department has developed a strategy to communicate more effectively to our representatives and partners. We have standardized the methods in which we communicate policy changes or how your work is processed. We want to provide you with as much information as possible in a variety of ways in order to make this information easily accessible to you.

Information will be disseminated at least monthly by NEXT Financial Group through email blasts, conference calls, and posts to the NEXT Financial Group website. Information like operation updates, policy and procedure changes, and highlighting important information will be sent to your email first.

After receiving the NEXT Financial Group e-mail blast we will conduct monthly conference calls on the third Thursday at 10am CST. All information and attachments will be sent via email prior to the conference call.
